Whether it’s customer direct, or through one of our approved distributors, we have endeavored to improve our services to you. SOUL Bikes started as a direct-to-consumer business. We started this way because no one wanted to carry our products. We also grew straight out of some forums, like bikeforum.net, weightweenies.starbike.com and roadbikereview.com, and we will forever be indebted to the communities there.  However, we slowly began to realise that in certain countries, this model did not work, whether it was due to cultural, language or political reasons.

Our products are now starting to be sold through distributors in select countries. So far, our products have been sold to USA, UK, Australia, Puerto Rico, Brazil, New Zealand, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Taiwan, Korea, Ireland, Spain, Netherlands, France, Canada, Hong Kong, Phillipines, Indonesia, Brunei and India.
